The Joint Venture of UOL, UIC and Kheng Leong were the eventual winner of the hotly contested Canberra Drive GLS Site (Parcel B). The winning bid came out to be $270.2 million that works out to be a land rate of $650 psf ppr.
The Watergardens at Canberra is expected to be priced competitively and will naturally expect upgraders within the Sembawang, Yishun and Woodlands township. It is expected to launch in the 2nd half of 2021.
